Kinshasa, November 2nd, 2025 (CPA). – The Congo-Kinshasa International Fair (Fickin) has announced the postponement to a later date of the Egypt-DRC International Multisectoral Exhibition, initially scheduled for November 1st to 5th, 2025, in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), according to a statement received on Sunday by CPA. ‘The Kinshasa International Fair informs the public and all its partners that, due to technical constraints, the opening of the Egypt-DRC International Multisectoral Exhibition has been postponed to a later date,’ it is read in the statement signed by its general director. The statement specifies that the organisation will set a new date as soon as possible. As a reminder, the 9th International Multisectoral Exhibition, a trade fair, was held under the theme: « General trade between DRC and Egypt: challenges or opportunities? ». The organisation of this fair is an integral part of the statutory missions of this trade fair structure. It has been almost three years since Fickin had last organised this type of activity. ‘This is therefore the first fair we have organised since our inception in 2022,’ the source had indicated.
