DRC-Canada: the government presents investment opportunities in the Congolese mining sector

International Ministers’ Summit

The Minister has then taken part in the 11th International Ministers’ Summit, focused on aligning strategies between producing and consuming countries, securing supply chains and financing projects related to the energy transition. DRC’s participation in PDAC 2026 could generate: new investments in local exploration and transformation, strategic partnerships with international developers and financiers, and an increased recognition of DRC as a key player in the world mineral security. Thanks to its reforms and mining diplomacy, DRC intends to transform its potential into tangible wealth while consolidating its international economic relations and supporting the global energy transition.
