Kinshasa, September 2nd, 2025 (CPA).- The strategic investment projects in several key national development sectors have been the focus of the official visit of a prominent member of the ruling family of Qatar to Kinshasa, in the Democratic Republic of Congo, according to a press release consulted on Tuesday by CPA.
‘The visit of His Highness Sheikh Manour Bin Jabor Bin Jassim Al Thani aims to deepen discussions on strategic investment projects in several key sectors of national development, including infrastructure, energy, agriculture, mining, education, health and new technologies,’ it is read in the statement from the Ministry in charge of Transport.
According to the statement, the infrastructure projects, the energy, the agriculture, the mines, the education, the health and the new technologies are among the sectors of predilection of the Qatari State. He has been welcomed on Tuesday at N’djili airport by the deputy prime minister in charge of transport, communication routes and opening up the country. The visit by His Highness, who is accompanied by a large delegation, is part of a drive to strengthen bilateral relations between DRC and the State of Qatar. CPA/
