DRC: the payment operation for social security providers announced for December 16th, 2025 (National Social Security Fund)

Kinshasa, December 14^th, 2025 (CPA). – The payment operation for social security providers under the general social security scheme for the fourth quarter of 2025 has been announced for Tuesday, December 16^th, 2025, throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo, by the general management of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), according to a press release consulted on Sunday by CPA. “The General Management of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) informs the partners and social service providers of the general social security system that the payment of social benefits for the fourth quarter of 2025 will begin on Tuesday, December 16^th, 2025, throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo,” it is read. According to the source, the General Management of the CNSS invites each beneficiary to report to the bank or management centre with territorial jurisdiction for payment. The general director, Mr. Charles Mudiay Kazadi, quoted in the press release, has asked the managers of the CNSS management centres to ensure the smooth running of this operation. It should be noted that the CNSS is the public body responsible for managing the general social security system in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Its main tasks are: registering employers and workers, collecting social security contributions, and providing social security benefits to insured persons and their dependents.
