Kinshasa, November 20th, 2025 (CPA). A Professional English language training to support youth initiatives through an investment fund has been considered on Thursday by the Congolese diaspora during the national round table on youth employment and entrepreneurship, held in Kinshasa, capital of the Democratic Republic of Congo. ‘We are going to provide a professional English language training that is relevant first and foremost in the United States, and then we will continue to support young people who come up with good initiatives through our investment fund project. In this sense, we are going to maintain and support this project. And that is why we are here,’ has declared Daddy Jamba, president of Kimbuka Connect and member of the Congolese diaspora organisation in the United States. For Mr Jamba, the people who make their voices heard, especially in the United States, are those who do small jobs such as plumbing and electrical work. ‘I can tell young entrepreneurs that we have our assets and that the Congo’s resources have revealed a lot of potential,’ he has added. However, he has expressed his hope that the recommendations that will be read at the close of the meeting will not be shelved. ‘There must be follow-up committees to ensure that these recommendations are properly implemented. That will be the government’s job,’ he has concluded.
