Kinshasa, August, 31st, 2025 (CPA). – The importance of leadership for the young entrepreneurs helping to inspire others without dominating them has been explained on Saturday, during a conference in Kinshasa, capital of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).  ‘Today, as a speaker at the Lead Up 2025 youth conference, I have had the honour of sharing my thoughts on true leadership: being a man who inspires without dominating”, has declared Moise Balagizi a Youth Ambassador and Representative of DRC to the Economic, Social and Cultural Council of the African Union. He has explained during this conference, themed ‘Entrepreneurship, leadership and impact in the digital age’, what it means to be a leader who inspires without dominating? He is capable of making difficult decisions while remaining humble and empathetic. To be a leader who inspires without dominating, you have to be authentic, transparent and vulnerable. You have to be able to recognise your mistakes and learn from your experiences.  « A true leader is also someone who values the diversity and the inclusion. He recognises that each individual has unique strengths and weaknesses and that it is important to create an environment where everyone can flourish, » has explained Moise Balagizi. He has presented some tips for becoming a leader, including listening actively and with empathy, taking the time to understand the needs and concerns of others, valuing diversity and inclusion, and recognising that each individual has unique strengths and weaknesses and that it is important to create an environment where everyone can flourish.  ‘Be authentic and transparent. Be honest and open in your interactions with others,’ has concluded Moise Balagizi.
