Morocco: Mohammed VI sends new humanitarian aid to Gaza

Kinshasa, August 19th, 2025 (CPA/MAP).- King Mohammed VI, chairman of the Al-Quds Committee, has ordered on Tuesday the dispatch of additional humanitarian aid to the inhabitants of Gaza, who are facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis since the beginning of the war, according to the Moroccan press agency. This humanitarian and fraternal aid is the second in three weeks.

It will also be transported by land. According to the same source, this aid consists of approximately 100 tonnes of food and medicine, specifically intended for vulnerable groups, particularly children and infants.

The King has insisted that this humanitarian aid, like the previous shipments, be transported by plane and delivered urgently and directly to the beneficiaries among our Palestinian brothers. On July 30th, the King ordered a similar operation to Gaza. 180 tonnes of goods had been transported by land.
