Launching in Kenge of the popularization of short-term training programs at the University of Kwango

Kenge, June 5th, 2021(CPA).– The Coordinator of the operational management team of the World Bank of the University of Kwango (UNIK), the Head of Works Sylver Kuyungana Kisela, proceeded on Friday in Kenge, to the launch of the popularization of short-term training programs as part of the LMD system. In his opening remarks, he indicated that this popularization campaign aims to improve the yield and quality of agro-ecological production (animal production), agro-ecology (plant production), biodiversity and forest (management of renewable resources and environmental economics) and sustainable development (management of development projects). »To introduce this program, we will have to organize an awareness-raising activity to allow the partner and the population to understand the reason for this innovation within the Faculty of Agronomy of the University of Kwango », he said. work manager Sylver Kuyungana.

For him, the objective of this meeting is part of the information and popularization campaign of this program which will be organized within the Faculty of Agronomy. The Dean of the Faculty of Agronomy, Prof. Lyna Mukwa Fama Tongo, gave the vision of the faculty of training agricultural engineers and entrepreneurs, job creators and not job seekers. Previously, the rector of UNIK, Professor Jean-Chrysostome Akenda who opened this training ceremony thanked the participants for having taken an active part, before recalling that UNIK is one of the institutions that are supported by the World Bank in its PEQPSU program.
