Bukavu, June 19th, 2021 (CPA).– A 12-year-old child named Exaucée WILONJA was killed Wednesday evening in Ibanda commune in Bukavu after a wall collapsed.
According to the president of the civil society of this municipality, David CIKURU, the victim was passing by when the wall collapsed on him.
The men who were carrying out work in this plot which led to this tragedy were released as soon as they were informed of the death of the child, leaving their work tools on the spot.
The high court has opened an investigation to establish the responsibility of each party, says civil society. ACP/
