The DRC housed in group B of the 24th CAN senior’s women handball

Kinshasa, April 3rd, 2021 (CPA) .- The DR Congo is housed in group B with Nigeria, Kenya and Cameroon, host country of the 24th African Cup of Nations (CAN) of senior women handball, according to the draw made Thursday in Yaoundé, Cameroon. Cameroon and Cape Verde will open the debates on June 10, 2021 in Douala. The ceremony began with a variety of entertainment rich in Cameroonian culture in the presence of the President of the African Handball Confederation (CAHB), Dr Mansourou Aremou and the Cameroonian Minister of Sports and Physical Education, Narcisse Mouelle Kombi.

The three groups are composed as follows: group A: Senegal, Tunisia, Guinea Conakry, Madagascar; group B: DR Congo, Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya; group C: Angola, Congo, Algeria, Cape Verde. The 37th CACVC relocated to Agadir in Morocco The 37th African Cup of Cup Winning Clubs, initially scheduled for Algeria from May 20 to 29, 2021, was relocated to Agadir, Morocco over the same period (May 20-29, 2021), due to the unprecedented health situation and consequent restrictions in force in Algeria.
