We have also come for the sensitisation of military personnel and their families, particularly the wives, the widows and the children who are beneficiaries of social security managed by the National Social Security Fund for State Civil Servants (CNSSAP), » has declared Justin Mutumosi, Director of the Database at the Ministry in charge of the Civil Service. The delegation has emphasised on the strategic role of their advance mission, which was not only informative in nature but also aimed at securing the institutional preparation for the announced visit, before addressing the message to civil servants, with an emphasis on mobilisation and administrative discipline around the event. ‘We, as the advance team, are responsible for announcing this to the provincial authorities. We ask civil servants and the people of Kisangani to prepare themselves and give a warm welcome to the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Civil Service,’ has wished Gabin Kalala, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the Civil Service. This visit is seen as an important step in the on-going administrative reform, which aims to improve transparency and social protection for civil servants in the province.
