Kisangani, May 29th, 2021 (CPA).- The inhabitants of the Cimestant block in the Kisangani commune have recently been experiencing moments of great fear because of this neighborhood.
These young people, generally drugged, brutalize the peaceful populations by stealing their motorcycles, bags and phones in full view of everyone. The leader of this bloc, visibly powerless in the face of this situation, is asking the urban authorities to set up a police sub-station in order to secure the population and their property.
