The country director of Smile DRC, Alex Cinamula, has reaffirmed his role as a leading partner. Recognised for its global expertise in the treatment of cleft lip and palate, Operation Smile DRC has already transformed thousands of lives across the country through free surgical campaigns, local capacity building through the training of Congolese surgeons, anaesthetists and nurses, and the provision of state-of-the-art medical equipment to the partnering hospitals’ structures.
