Swearing-in at Kikwit by members of the national body of community health professionals

Kikwit, April 5th, 2021 (CPA).- One hundred members of the national body of community health professionals were sworn in during a ceremony held recently in the multipurpose room «  la Touraine  » in the town of Lukolela in the city from Kikwite.

This structure, which brings together graduates in community health, public health and epidemiology, aims to prevent disease and promote community health, said Mbwenzi provincial president of this Kwilu Corporation. He indicated that the town of Kikwit is its second edition of the swearing-in of this body. Godefroid Shomba, national president of this body, for his part, insisted on respect for deontology and ethics, before inviting other members to join this structure. The mayor Léonard Mutangu Katonga, promised his support in order to facilitate the promotion of this corporation in his jurisdiction, because it is, he said, very close to the population, before saluting the efforts of the nursing staff in the protection of community health.
