He said that today they wanted to officially present the Congo-Canada International Forum to the local media « to provide information on the objectives, the topics to be addressed and the actual activities of the forum in order to strengthen national and international media visibility and ensure optimal and consistent dissemination of information. »  Presenting the structure, Ms. Lucie Hakuyola, Vice-President of the CCRCC, welcomed the enthusiasm surrounding this new business opportunity between Congo and Canada.  The CCRCC, she explained, is an umbrella organization representing Congolese communities established in Canada. Its mission covers mobilization, coordination, institutional representation and the promotion of Congolese leadership in Canada and internationally.  As part of its annual commitments, she said, the CCRCC organizes the Congo-Canada International Forum, which is a platform for exchange, bringing together institutional, economic, cultural, academic and community actors from Canada.  Participants at the meeting welcomed the initiative and asked the organizers to ensure collaboration between Canadian businesses and investors in order to foster business growth between these two long-standing friends.
